Promoting Healthy Smiles Through Compassionate Care & Education
Dr. Alexis Atchinson
Dr. Alexis Atchinson has been providing dental care since 1983. She had her own practice in the San Francisco Bay area and moved to the Roseburg, OR, area in 2012. After a few years working as an associate dentist, she purchased her own practice in 2016. Since, she has been dedicated to providing patients of all ages in the Douglas County community with compassionate, gentle, nonjudgmental dental care. Dr. Alexis is a proud member of the Oregon Dental Association (ODA), American Dental Association (ADA), and American Academy for Oral Systemic Health (AAOSH).

Lead Dental Assistant
Jaime relocated to Roseburg from Wyoming in 2016. She is a highly skilled dental assistant who is motivated to provide you with the best chairside experience. Her communication skills will help you understand your dental needs. Our own “McGyver” – nothing is broken in Jaime’s world, as she says “it just needs some attention.” And there is always time for a laugh with Jaime. A country girl at heart she loves camping, building furniture and floating the Umpqua River. Whenever she can she also goes crabbing at the Oregon coast.
Hello, I’m Talysha. I was born in Alaska but raised in Roseburg, Oregon. You can say my Pacific North West roots run deep, therefore I love the outdoors. You can find me at the beach, hiking, or spending time at the river all with the company of my family. I love trivia games and have been told I am a Disney nerd because, in my opinion, there is never too much Disney magic to be shared.
I have been working in the dental field for over seven years. I am experienced with working in the front and back office. I enjoy getting to know people in my community and hearing stories told by our patients. I look forward to seeing you and hearing your story! Talk to you soon.
After several years in a customer service position Hannah decided a career in dentistry would be more to her liking; in 2017 she graduated from UCC’s dental assisting program. Her combined skills of quality service and dental assisting make her the right fit for our practice values. Her outgoing personality and caring demeanor help to make our patients comfortable. As a Roseburg native she enjoys a wide circle of friends and family in our community. Her passions outside of dentistry include: anything Disney, water skiing and paddle boarding.
Kelly graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in 2004 from Oregon Institute of Technology in Klamath Falls and has been practicing dental hygiene in Roseburg since 2011. While in school, her emphasis was in community outreach and education. Her senior project included an international outreach program where she traveled to Honduras and Costa Rica to provide dental care to communities in need. She enjoys getting to know her patients and treats them in a caring and compassionate manner. Kelly strives to make her patients feel welcome and comfortable in the dental chair. On her days off you can find Kelly outdoors spending time with her husband and two children. She enjoys hiking, biking, camping and playing with the family’s energetic labradoodle.
Debbie, a Roseburg native, has worked in the dental field for over 35 years. Her interest in dental hygiene was sparked by her childhood dental hygienist. While in college, she worked as a dental assistant learning all aspects of dental practice. She graduated from Clark College in 1990 with a degree in Dental Hygiene. Debbie is committed to learning and prides herself in staying up-to-date and regularly attends numerous continuing education classes. She is friendly, knowledgeable and gentle. Her favorite part of her job is creating lasting relationships with patients, as it allows her to get to know them better as people in order to best address their needs.
When not at work she can be found enjoying her family, friends and her Boston Terrier (Zoey). She loves Kayaking, traveling, biking, hiking, and anything adventurous.

Committed to Helping Our Community
To improve the health of the Douglas County community, in 2015 Dr. Alexis initiated the first Douglas County Oral Health Fair. Due to the high use of tobacco products in Douglas County, she wanted to promote awareness of oral cancer risks. If you have an organization that would like to partner with us to provide free oral cancer screenings, call our office today at 541-673-0131.
We are also proud to support the Alzheimer’s Association.
